Parties and scope

These terms cover the short-term rental of the Royal and Classic apartments on Rruga Skënderbeu in Saranda, Albania. The host is the owner of the apartments; the Guest is the person making the booking.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through the form on the website. Once submitted, a provisional booking is created and held for 48 hours — within that time a deposit of 30% of the stay price must be paid to the account provided. Once the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed by email; if it is not paid in time, the dates are released automatically.

The remaining balance is paid before arrival or on key handover — method and timing: [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: bank transfer / cash on key handover]. Settlement is in euros; amounts in Polish złoty are indicative (National Bank of Poland rate).

Cancellation

Cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date is free — the full deposit is refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the owner cancels the booking, the Guest receives a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Other times may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

House rules

The apartment may host at most the number of people stated in its listing (Royal up to 6 guests, Classic up to 2 guests). Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM, and smoking indoors is not allowed.

Pets: [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: allowed / not allowed]. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and its contents during the stay.

Car rental

Car rental (Ford S-Max) is a service separate from the apartment rental, on the terms described on the “Car rental” page. In the deposit option, a refundable deposit of €300 is taken and returned once the car is handed back undamaged.

Language versions

These terms are available in Polish, English, and Russian. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: Polish] version prevails.
