Casa Saranda

Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data we collect when you book or contact us, why, for how long, and what rights you have.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: owner's full name or business name], based at [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: address], operating the Royal and Classic apartments on Rruga Skënderbeu in Saranda, Albania.

For any question about your personal data, write to us at: [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: contact email address].

What we collect and why

Booking form. You provide your name, email address, optionally a phone number, the number of guests, and any notes. We use this data solely to handle your booking and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of the rental agreement to which you are a party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form. You provide your name, email address, and message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention. Booking data is kept for the duration of the booking and for up to 12 months after the end of your stay, then for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. Contact messages are deleted once the correspondence is closed, unless they lead to a booking.

Who processes the data

We rely on trusted providers that process data only on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database, servers in the European Union — Stockholm region), and Resend (email delivery).

When syncing availability with external systems (e.g. Booking.com), we do not share any guest personal data — only occupied dates are exchanged, without names, email addresses, or any other details.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to work: the admin-panel login session and the chosen language (encoded in the URL). We do not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies.

For that reason the site shows no cookie-consent banner — we collect nothing that would require such consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

Prices and currency conversion

Payment is settled in euros (EUR). Amounts shown in Polish złoty (PLN) are indicative only and are converted at the National Bank of Poland reference rate. The binding amount is the euro figure shown in your booking summary.
